I keep getting “Email/password is invalid or already registered” error when signing in/signing up, what do I do?

Try the following steps:

  1. Ensure your password is at least 6 characters
  2. If you are signing up, try with a different email and password combination
  3. If you have already registered, please contact support at support@arko.ai
  4. If you are signing up for the first time and still continue to have issues, please contact support at support@arko.ai

How do I reset my password?

Please contact support at support@arko.ai. In the near future, you will be able to reset your password without having to contact support.
