I was reinstalled rhino and Arko is no longer sign in. Is there no option to reset password and also is there no way to view the account, when you need to cancel the subscription?
We reset your account so you should be able to “sign up” again.
To cancel, just send us an email and we process cancellations very quickly.
We’re working on a account page for our users and once that is up you can cancel and use “forgot password”

It seems to work now on Revit plugin but still says password incorrect in Rhino even though I have reset the password in Revit. I also close Revit so they wont be running at the same time but still does not work.
