Fixed | Installation in rhino

Hmm sorry for the inconveniences, @Ongdesign!

I quickly tested with the latest 1.4.1 from the Rhino Package Manager and had success installing 1.4.1. We have seen some difficulties with managing the Rhino install when using the installer and the package manager at different times.

  1. What we would recommend is to first ensure all other versions are uninstalled. Uninstall from PackageManager, disabled in PluginManager (if it is there - PluginManager can also be found via the Rhino command bar also) and also uninstall from “Add/Remove Programs” or using the Arko Installer.

  2. After you launch Rhino and ensure you do not see any version of ArkoAI (and the “ArkoAIStartCommand” is not available)

  3. Try to re-install via the Rhino Package Manager or the Arko installer on the Arko Rhino Page (either one, but not both!).

Again, sorry for the inconveniences, we have users who cannot find Arko in the PackageManager so we have been forced to provide multiple avenues for installing Rhino.

Please let us know if this helps, or if there’s anything more we can do. Also, we can be available for a screenshare and live troubleshoot if needed.
